Tidying can be a form of self-love.

Giving our home love will return it back to us.

Choosing a pair of jeans that makes us feel good.

Choosing a mug that makes the day feel special.

Choosing a necklace that makes us remember we’re loved.

Every day items have the power to lift us.

Letting go of a shirt that doesn’t fit us.

Letting go of hobby items that didn't work out.

Letting go of items that represent the old us.

Letting go of items empowers us to live our best lives right now.

Being grateful for the cosy socks that keep our feet warm.

Being grateful for a mattress that supports our back.

Being grateful for the gifts people have given us.

Being grateful for the abundance of things in our lives, even if some of these things we decide to let go of with gratitude, will make us feel rich.

Living with less will mean less cleaning.

Living with less will mean less worrying.

Living with less will show us we’re strong and can figure things out.

Living with less will give us more time, energy, and space to do what we truly want to do and help us concentrate on what actually matters.

What would your home look like if it only had those things that truly spark joy?

How would it make you feel?

This can be your reality, you just need to take steps to achieve it.

What is your first step?

"When you care for your home by looking after it, you are also loving and respecting yourself."
